Worked with the Mechanical systems group on the
first prototype of the Cirrus Vision SF50 jet aircraft.
Gained extensive experience in testing the
mechanical systems of the aircraft by performing simulations to verify
systems withstood the engineered loads.
Designed a variety of test fixtures in Pro-E to execute
needed testing and certification procedures. Guided test fixtures through the
approval process, and later supported them through fabrication. The Designed Test Fixtures are still
used to test a variety of different systems.
Headed pitch trim on first prototype jet aircraft
and helped execute the system installation by providing support and
guidance to technicians.

test procedures, installation instructions, test results, design specs, etc.
