If you have every work with the IDD community you know that they teach you as much as you teach time. I retired in May 2019 then decided to return working with the IDD individuals at the Day Habilitation to have a different angel on helping teach the day to day living skills as socialzation, communication, spelling, reading, writing and ect. I have been moved to a group home because the closing of the day program due to the COVID-19 and at this time I do not feel like I am where I need to be. I am looking for a job change at this time.
