I am extremely passionate about Personal Training! I lost 52 pounds in 7 months with weightlifting and cardio and found a passion for fitness. I've helped one of my clients completely change her life.  She had a very intense case of lumbar lordosis and was considered obese 195 pounds at 4 foot 11 inches. She had horrible back pain every day at work.  She couldn't even walk her dogs more than 10 minutes without having to stop to bend over and stretch her back out.  Within 10 days of training with me she reported an incredible decrease in back pain! Within 10 weeks she has lost 39 inches overall.  She said she had increased energy and stamina and her back, hips and feet felt great even after an incredibly long day!
