Dear Ms. Femia, Ms. Hill & Human Resources, It is with immense enthusiasm that I formally express my interest in the Call Center Manager position. I hope to be considered for this role as my experience with PPNYC has fostered my initial goal to further my career with the organization. Since obtaining my current position as a Customer Service Representative, I have progressively advanced to a CSR level 3 after being employed for one and a half years. While holding this role I have gained knowledge in Sexual Reproductive healthcare and great proficiency in our client scheduling system, ECW. During my tenure, I have trained and observed new hires by not only teaching the literal and fundament requirements of being an efficient CSR but by also emphasizing the importance of fearlessly advocating for our clients. My current role as a level III CSR and previous supervisory experiences have allowed me to demonstrate leadership in a way that is insightful and pro-active. I have created knowledge based performance exams to evaluate CSR growth/ awareness of clinical services and departmental expectations. I have assisted with creating personalized scripts and resources for new hires to contribute to the success within their roles. My wide skill set and ability to adapt to constant change has built my confidence in my current leadership role. My life's experiences have built a commitment to the service(s) we provide that administers a passion in any role I assume with PPNYC. This very commitment to our organization will allow me to support my Director and Co-Manager in working dynamically, to perfect existing procedures, creating unique and strategic solutions and building our CSR's morale. I also intend to retain flexibility for our changing demands and my thirst for knowledge to further support my leadership team and CSRs. I have been successful in cultivating straight forward but supportive relationships with my peers, by utilizing effective communication and empathy. I hope to inspire our CSRs by continuously reminding them that their role can incite socio-economic change in the communities we serve. Resource management, independent thinking and conflict resolution has been a daily contributor to my growth with PPNYC.
