During my time there I was a member of the Deans List both the fall and spring semesters. In the summer of 2016 I was presented an opportunity for employment at Santee Cooper. That opportunity overshadowed my prior dream of Broadcast Journalism and made me realize I had a new dream, to build a career at Santee Cooper. Instead of going back to Tri-County for the fall semester, I decided to stay home and put that dream to work. I began work in the call center at Santee Cooper in June of 2016 and couldn't be happier with my decision or my employer.
