I grew up in restaurants my first job was serving for my aunt's catering services and prep work. Then I worked summers at rocky's pizza on tara Blvd. Then I helped open the mo-joes in rex, ga. Then I worked Sunday mornings at dunkin donuts which is high energy. All the while doing weddings and graduations. I started working at fred dellawa at giavonnas Italian then they changed into I helped start the original Louisiana Bistreaux on Virginia Avenue then i hostesses at malone's and eventually I went to Simon's steak and seafood on main st in college park, unfortunately they have since closed. I have excellent skills in multiple roles I was a key employee cross trained for the front of the house and a lot of prep and dishes and I'm trained on the bar as well. My customers followed me to other restaurants. Right now I can only work part time because I'm caring for my mother and kids.
