  • Process Pro formas, payments and credits.
  • Provide customers with order confirmations, scheduled shipment dates, updates regarding delays in production of product.
  • Work closely with production team and manager to schedule completion of orders in a timely manner and prioritize production to meet customer requested shipment dates.
  • Keep track of all orders and make sure shipment dates are met and if delayed contact customers with details and new ship date.
  • Create shipping documentation, customs paper work, Nafta, Commercial Invoice for International Shipments.
  • Perform all purchasing of orders and parts with our International vendor in Italy.
  • Manage all orders and maintain close communication in regards to delivery of orders, custom projects and any other related information.
  • Confirm pricing is accurate and follow the production process to assure shipment is received on time.
  • Communicate with Freight Forwarder on all shipments expected to be received from Italy.
  • Perform all invoicing of orders received from Italy vendor and priority inspection process as to assure orders will ship out to our customers on time.
