Introduction

I am a student who currently attends Hillsborough Community College aiming to achieve an associate's degree in Nursing. I come from a hispanic heritage that speaks english and spanish fluently. I completed the fundamentals of nursing class and the lab. This past semester, I gained clinical knowledge by shadowing register nurses at Advent Health Carollwood hospital. The nurses showcase skills in conducting medication orders, providing patient's vital signs, teaching hand wash rotations, caring for each patient etc. I am well-educated, and an organized individual that seeks to bring growth to any company. I have 5 years worth of experience in customer service, health and fitness, and teamwork. I accomplished becoming employee of the month, bringing the satisfaction towards customers, and helping them with their necessities. Through my work experiences, I was given the capability to be highly motivated with great organizational and communication skills. For example, providing thorough answers and solutions to create an exceptional customer experience. Not only have I become a problem solver, but have been able to handle stressful situations in my work environment. I see myself as an employee who is very responsible in my work position, and guaranteed to be very reliable on the task that I was assigned. From previous employments, I was given an opportunity to improve upon group instructions and fitness floor monitoring. Within the same opportunity, I've become a hard-working and dedicated team player with relationship-building skills. I am also known for my personable demeanor and determined attitude with multi-tasking ability, and a brief understanding of people's necessities in a customer service environment.
