I Daniel Rikard have been working in Retail/Customer Service for 10 years since the age of sixteen. I have accomplished much in my life that I am very proud of through the course of my life and working career; I am currently a CNA at Fountain Inn Nursing and Rehab in Fountain Inn SC 29644; which I have been for a little over a year now since March 18,2015. My first jump to my greatest accomplishment in the work force started when I began work back in 2012 when I worked for Wal-Mart, I started as a Customer Service Representative and within six months of being hired on I was quickly promoted to a Customer Service Manager(CSM). My love for customer service continuously shows through my dedication and positive attitude towards my job and customers. I always aim to please all customers and make it my personal duty to see to it that all of their needs are met to the best of my ability and that they are 90-100% satisfied when leaving myself and the companies presence.
