I am currently an online student at Northwest Community College in the Paralegal Technology program. I have a 3.857 GPA, President's List member and a Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society invitee.
While I have not been in the workforce in 10 years, I have been extremely busy. From 2015-2019, I helped with the administration of the Copperhead Baseball travel team. My jobs included; organizing team schedules, ordering uniforms and gear, booking hotel reservations and scheduling fundraising. During the 2018 baseball season, our organization worked for Memphis Redbirds and Delaware North every home game. These tasks helped keep me computer proficient, kept my time management, budgeting skills, and customer service on point.

  • I managed upwards to 24 employees, oversaw the daily operations of the front cashier staff, customer service desk and including but not limited to managing their schedules, and ensuring all staff were in compliance with company policies and procedures, including recommendation for disciplinary steps up to termination to the store manager.
  • I handled the company's cash drops, assisted the service desk and operated a cash register when help was needed.
