I talk on the Phone daily with Customers, I also speak with them in a Chat form online, and also in emails as well. I assist with KitchenAid Small Appliances by selling their appliances, and instructing cons how to use and what not to do as well. I worked with customers that have the much bigger appliances for a few years before I was transferred to the Small Appliance Department. I assisted with the same protocol, we made sales for accessories for the appliances, a long with troubleshooting to resolve issues with appliances, and I even scheduled service for them as well if needed or directed to the correct department for assistance if I could not help. I have also had other jobs so I have had expeirince else where and am open for new opputunities. I am a very hard and dedicated worker, I am looking to try new experiences as well, I am always up for learning new information or new ways assisting customers
