During my time at Mister Car Wash, I was responsible for greeting customers, providing them with different wash plans and subscriptions, and addressing as well as resolving any customer needs or concerns. I was responsible for opening and closing the store, selling all washes, cleaning and keeping things flowing thoroughly and efficiently. I achieved excellent sales, collected customer feedback and was proactive in exceeding customer satisfaction goals. I was punctual, always made sure to be in the correct company required uniform per policy, recommended products and thoroughly explained details to customers.
