I first started off my work history at the age of 18 doing entry level jobs at local stadiums and small venues leading teams in concession stands as a team lead. Being able to appoint people to jobs accordingly, communicate with my fellow teammates, and honing in on customer service skills gave me tools to later properly work as a telemarketer. As a call center agent, I gained experience with retaining information and knowledge, paying attention to detail, organization skills, communication effectiveness, and creativity.

At St. Petersburg College with the Student Government Association we were able to successfully feed the homeless every holiday of the year. With student government, I spearheaded many events and trips over the last year. Booking caterers, decorating venues, advertising, and hosting. This successfully allowed me to team build, create a collaborative experience between my board and I, and not only creating an engaging educational experience but an enjoyable one as well. With this new knowledge, I was able to deliver training modules to aspiring members, and a curriculum at statewide conferences with the Florida Conference of Student Government Association. I was also able to lead events where we increased the student population by over 15 percent in the last year at St.Petersburg College Midtown Campus, this inevitably will increase the student success rate in the Midtown area.

Customer Service AgentAGR Energy Care － St. Petersburg, FloridaAt Energy Care, we provided 3rd party electricity services to states like Texas, Las Vegas, Ohio, PA, and New York. We served as a liaison between the corporate customers and personnel from the corporate offices to accept payments, to turn electricity on or off, to help customers understand the kilowatt meters, and send statements to them. Many of our customers were undocumented or immigrants with limited to no English or on programs to help pay bills. This allowed me to learn how to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds. The satisfaction of customers was most important so offering extended customer contracts, waivers to those in need, and discounts allowed our company to retain the customers and keep the program alive.
