Building lifelong relationships. Going out into the community and discussing options and products with businesses. Providing excellent (WOW) customer service. Profiling customers for additional information. Developing work relationships with team members and working together to succeed. I am still in my current position as a CSSR with Wells Fargo. I am looking to be more for my customers. And be able to do more for them. I like the fact I can handle any type of customer that comes my way. I want to continue to grow with Wells Fargo. And become more involved with my team members and customers. I want to help the tellers continue to be the face of Wells Fargo and teach them the WOW of customer service.
