  • As a Customer Care Representative, I responded to calls from AT&T mobile customers and aided and assisted them with billing, device, and features inquiries.
  • My job was to make sure that any issue was resolved as quickly as possible, while educating all customers about their self help options.
  • After resolving all issues with the customers, it was also my responsibility to sale any features, or devices that would suit their needs.
  • I was a very efficient representative, having amongst the best feedback from my customers.
  • I also assisted other employees with help using and learning software, and assisted with turnover calls.
  • I was also ranked within the top 100 call representatives in the country with AT&T mobility.
  • I was placed on long term disability in November 2012, due to complications from my Fractured Skull injury.

  • At DSI Acquisitions (independent contractor w/ Cydcor), I started entry level as a direct sales person.
  • I was required to sell door to door, and or, business to business for fortune 500 companies.
  • I started out selling AT&T U-verse services in residential areas, paid strictly on commission.
  • I was quickly promoted to Account Manager due to my high volume of sales.
  • As an Account Manager I was still required to sell services and items for fortune 500 companies, and interview/recruit others to direct market.
  • Once I recruited new hires, it was also my responsibility to train them to sale, and eventually recruit others on their own.
  • I accomplished all of this, while still being paid strictly commission from my own sales.
  • And, in February 2009 I was listed as one of the top 10 sales persons (coming in at number 7 in the Gulf State Region) on the U-Verse campaign.
  • Throughout the duration of my career as a Cydcor contractor, I worked on both residential, and business to business campaigns, I recruited and trained over 40 new hires and helped many trainees become Account Managers.
  • I was forced to resign my position with DSI Acquisitions due to a tragic car accident I was a passenger in May 21, 2010 and received a fractured skull.
  • I was hospitalized for a month, and prescribed medication, bed rest, and post-op appointments with physicians.

My best month while working at North Point, I was responsible for 55 vehicles sold!
