I have over 14 years of experience developing public relations strategies, managing partnerships, developing content, and I am still growing and learning everyday. I am a committed, entrepreneurial and passionate person who loves building personal relationships as well as building new programs. In my most current roles I've managed the outward facing strategies at Firefly Credit Union, LSS Financial Counseling and Blue Oaks Church. I currently lead public awareness campaigns, marketing content creation, mergers and acquisitions strategy, foundation creation and outreach for Firefly Credit Union. Before Firefly, I led a team of 11 financial counselors at LSS with extremely limited resources and an organizational focus on the counseling side of our business to grow from a tiny two-man shop into the largest financial education provider in Minnesota and one of the largest financial education providers in America. I love developing new systems and thinking strategically. I'm honored to have worked at amazing organizations where I've learned the importance of direct communication, clear expectations and emotional intelligence.

Developed a new completely collaborative position along side the marketing and business development department to spark innovation, increase effectiveness and establish Firefly as industry leaders
Develop and lead public relations campaigns on behalf of the credit union, including our "Catch a Firefly" summer campaign on WCCO, KARE 11, CCX and in several newspapers, our "Bridging the Gap Campaign" featured in the Star Tribune, MN Parent Magazine, CardRates.com and our #MoneyMondays campaign in partnership with GO 96.3 Radio.
Develop and implement our award winning Learn @ Work strategy and content that won the 2016 National Desjardins as well as several MAC, Diamond, and MNCUN awards.
Find creative ways to keep Firefly in the position of "industry thought leaders" through collaborating with our CEO, CMO and other Executive team members to introduce new products and ideas (such as our industry first adoption loan, a Firefly Foundation, and more).

Grew LSS Financial Counseling Service's Education Team from two team members to eleven, from less than 100 attendees per year to over 9,000 a year and $25,000/year to over $1 million per year.
