  • Periodically checked multiple fax machines throughout the office and distributed incoming correspondence
  • Performed and ordered urine drug screens in the office on behalf of clinical staff for patients as needed for medical compliance
  • Worked with a third party company in order to process and complete medical records requests for patients as needed
  • Metered and handled all outgoing mail for the office daily
