I have worked as change agent for the past 2 years through the continuous improvement events. Challenging people to look outside the box. I am a very self-motivated individual. I like to set my goals very high. This challenges you to think differently about the solutions. It often drives even more gains that you were initially targeting. I like to challenge people as well as challenge myself. I feel I have excellent communication skills and a personality that people are very comfortable with. I also feel I have developed some very good persuasion tactics.
I am currently taking 2 classes per semester working towards my AA degree in business.

Training
Lead continuous improvement events that focused on operational improvements to enhance quality, improve production times, reduce costs and eliminate waste.
Responsibilities included developing and maintaining a new training process through documenting standard work of best practices. I was able to reduce the overall training time from an 18 month process down to a 12 month process.
As a Production Coordinator you were responsible for one of the 4 production teams. This included everything from training through the evaluation process.
Responsible for running a production line. Making a quality product at a the target rate.
