  • Led multi-team project to outsource/offshore significant portions of US recruiting and onboarding operations. Project leader responsible for working with offshore provider to identify and transition over 22,000 hours of work to appointed offshore location.
  • Led shared services approach to PwC Canada's recruiting and onboarding functions that support over 6,000 staff in 30+ Canada offices. Worked closely with PwC Canada leadership, Sourcing and HR teams to standardize processes and design system requirements to support the centralized model, and lead testing and cut over plan.
  • Led the onboarding approach and operations for three large scale and complex company acquisitions (BearingPoint, PRTM, and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants).
