I am a people and program manager, both as a field service engineer day-to-day and as a noncommissioned officer in the US Air Force Reserve. I routinely lead teams in completing large and/or complex projects, that often involve the travel, coordination, and cooperation of multiple agencies or groups.
As the NCOIC of the loadmaster section of a contingency response squadron, I manage some of the highest performing reserve loadmasters in the Air Force. With a shop of four loadmasters, we plan and conduct airlift missions, both simulated and in support of real world contingencies. We act as the primary command and control element during the missions. We also routinely instruct cargo load planning using ICODES software to government agencies such as FEMA, the FBI, and the US Coast Guard.
