-Conducted entry-level marksmanship instruction to all Marine Corps entry-level officers and sustainment-level marksmanship instruction to more than 9000 Marines and Sailors throughout the National Capitol region.

 

-Conducted remedial training, utilizing both live fire and simulations resources, for any individuals who were struggling with achieving a qualifying score initially.

 

-Educated and certified Marines on range scheduling, preparation, conduct, coaching, simulations training, and platform instruction as the chief instructor for the Combat Marksmanship Trainer Course.

 

-Reviewed, developed, and updated Programs of Instruction of entry and sustainment-level marksmanship programs, Combat Marksmanship Coach Course, and Combat Marksmanship Trainer Course for compliance with the Academics Management Section and Formal Schools, using the Marine Corps Training Information Management System, Systems Approach to Training (SAT), instructional systems design process and other related programs/regulations.
