Instagram from my understanding is releasing a check list today but I haven't received a code as of yet. I've sent in 6 different 5 digit codes, all different pictures with a different code each time. It's been 4 months since I have been out of my instagram account. I was told my Omar, Rafaela, and also KC that my case was escalated but now once again I'm not receiving any updates or information regarding my instagram account being recovered back from the hackers. I've provided literally every thing asked by instagram and instagram have given the hackers access back to my account and not to me. I would like an update on my account status and my account being recovered. Today I received an 8 digit code from facebook, I then asked them to send me a password reset because I did not know where to place the 8 digit code to regain access to my account. Facebook then responded to me with this message: "Thanks for contacting Instagram. To help you get back into your account, we need a little more information.
