  • Review financials – business and personal tax returns, financial statements, rent rolls to make sure they are complete.
  • Assist team mates with issues that arise in processing
  • Assist bankers with issues they may have with our new systems to include BLAST, AFS and SeeMorePlus
  • Backup and assist manager in daily operations.
  • Review maturing business loans to determine if renewals, extensions or Collections follow up is needed.
  • Review collateral securing loans to confirm that we are properly margined with liquid collateral and holds are in place.
  • Monitored draw-period loans to make sure the Relationship Managers knew of approaching conversion dates.
  • Work with field partners and customers to answer questions and/or resolve issues that may arise
  • Maintain high production of renewals and low error ratio for packages.
  • Documented new flood verification procedures
  • Train new employees on our processes to include: new client specialists, underwriters and collection personnel.
