For three years now I have worked in the collection industry, specifically medical bills, starting out as agent then moving to client services. After being promoted to the support staff department I gained a significant amount of professional knowledge and experience working in various hospital's patient information systems and understanding the importance of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. On a daily basis I communicate with the hospital's staff, attorneys, and potential employees. I have experience in conducting phone interviews, establishing payroll and health benefits for new hires. I work well in team or group settings but also am efficient when working individually. I am a fast learner and possess work ethics which are reflected in the quality of my work and attitude.
