● Building the business and network for the financial advisor by updating prospect and client records, execute direct-mail programs, planning seminars, making follow-up calls for appointments, recognizing new business opportunities and facilitating branch business planning.
● Covey a welcoming presence while answering the phone, responding to client questions, greeting guests, and carrying out responsibilities that ensure a consistent appointment process.
● Create and meet business plans, oversee appointment set up/scheduling, and enhance client relationships.
● Support business and marketing activities to consistently grow the business and opportunity to work with the financial advisor while continuously improving the client experience and branch processes.
● Provide support to ensure that investment strategies delivered by investment managers (either internal or external) are properly executed, according to the outlined policies and procedures.
● Held ownership of special handling requests, volume tracking, goal modification requests, and low value accounts.
● Assisted in the creation and implementation of the Advisory Link Platform.
● Work with branches and money managers to accommodate client requests and account maintenance.
● Accommodate billing questions and requests with Branch Associates, Financial Advisors, and Branch Managers.
● Account set up and closing managed and billing status of accounts as well.
● Responsible for facilitating daily and quarterly reports for our department as well as the Performance Reporting & Reconciliation Department, and Margin Department.
