1994 to 05/2006 Client Relationship Manager Ascensus | Charlotte, NC, Family owned business. Handled various Fortune 500 companies in New York City to organize transportation for all of their senior managing partners on a monthly basis. Directed and orchestrated transportation for 2500+ personnel daily during the Holiday Seasons.
05/1994 to 06/2006 Managing Partner Darden Restaurants, Inc. | Long Beach, CA,

Worked for small studio doing approx. 39 events annually while grossing $117k annually when I was hired in '95 . Started out as a lighting assistant on the weekends making extra money while in High School. At 17 years of age photographed my first wedding and then earned the respect of my boss to sit with clients and book future events. Became the top photographer in sales in 1997 at age of 19 when I decided to take a full time position and put college on hold. Took sales in 1997 at ripe age of 19 from 48 events @ $140k annually to 150 events @ $845k annually by 2001. Became a partner in the company in 2001 and moved the business from the congested city of New York to the wealthy suburbs in NJ. With the new location while keeping existing clientele I was able to expand the company to $1.4m in annual sales before selling my share of the business in 2006.

07/2006 to 2013 District Manager Ashley Furniture | Snellville, GA,

Was hired on to grown small business of 2 retail photography studios in Los Angels/Orange County, CA in hopes to expand business growth and franchise the photo studio. I implemented and managed a sales staff that took sales from $380k annually in 2006 and ended 2013 in a recession at $2m in sales. Through rigorous negotiations I opened an additional studio in Los Angeles  in 2009 which was stated to be the "franchise store". Photographed the likes of various celebrities and athletes that gave the studio business credibility among the industry and ownership. Started outsourcing business of graphic artists/designers with ownership outside the country to save company 40% on payroll and production. Turned profit margins from 15% to 45% through various implementations and personnel hires. Renegotiated all leases and equipment for all studios in a successful attempt to save company money over the course of 10 years after my departure. Handled day to day operations of all the studios while managing sales team to beat avg. daily goals that were set forth by ownership. Orchestrated and submitted business proposal that were accepted to franchise the company by business owners. Sent business proposals and met with various investors in a successful bid to gain business financing from the private sector. In 2013 I left the company as a bitter divorce among ownership ended any future of franchising and growth.

2013 to Current Sales Manager Ipg Mediabrands | San Francisco, CA, In a change of pace industry learned the dynamics of the aviation industry. Started with very little knowledge of the aviation business and within 4 months was booking $40k in profit per month. Booked over $1m in profit over an 18 month span for the company prior to Chapter 11. Forced the companies hand to hire more staff under my supervision while they were letting go of 90% of the company pre bankruptcy. Handled all client relations out of the Irvine office and assisted on large consignments with Austin facility. Traveled one week per month to hold sales meeting and add "new flavor" to current underperforming sales staff in Austin facility. Opened several accounts that were not previous company clients including major domestic and International airline customers. Provided sales training to new salesman and provided fresh "ideas" to several employees with 20+ years of experience in the industry who were stagnant in their current position. Traveled to various trade shows in various countries with company profits endured during each trip. Recently concluded a 12 day/13 country hustle to South Pacific in late September that has netted in $75k in new profit in last 90 days. Currently my team and I are responsible for 80% of company profits over last 6 months. Became knowledgeable on various different aircraft and engine platforms with the desire to learn so much more.
