Setting up fresh initial notice of loss as per respective attorney's instructions.

When needed, contacting broker claims managerial personnel & attorneys to resolve the discrepancies in the customer & the broker information.
Conducting extensive investigation for the claims under litigation code & reporting attorneys on the same.
