Responsible for ensuring stock fund program is operating properly so that funds are available to stock priority aircraft parts. I work with 5 year budgets, I plan and organize schedules, and I maintain harmony within my Flight and ensure personnel attend safety and security training and comply with OSHA standards. As a flight logistics manager, I established review systems to ensure adherence to supply and transportation laws, policies and DOD directives, and performed analyses on those supply and transportation processes that did not meet support and deployment objectives. As Cargo Deployment Function Superintendent, I formulated plans, developed goals and initiated processes to effectively integrate 49 FW, supply, and transportation efforts to deploy personnel and cargo. As a Wing Exercise Evaluation Team member, I ensured that Unit deployment Managers properly inventoried, packed, palletized, and marshaled deploying cargo and personnel to comply with airlift and ground transportation departure timelines.
