Busy store right outside of Madison served on avg. 2-3 hundred customers a day in the drive thru alone. learned all of the positions first service, grill etc. This was done while I was going to high school full time as well. after about a year of being there I had already received numerous customer compliments and they decided to make me a trainer. About a year later they had me trained to be a manager where I opened the store at 5am got the whole store ready, stocked the store for lunch, handled customers, positioned other associates, food safety, handled the food orders, counted all of the tills and documented each one, switched the store over for lunch and stayed to help the lunch manager usually running the kitchen for them. It was an awesome experience for how it developed me into a leader as well as a man, however I could not continue making that amount of money and not receiving any incentive whatsoever to stay. I loved helping people and making it easier for every one else around me but it was not a justifiable career path.
