Knowledgeable Yoga Instructor trained in Hatha yoga and offering 8.5 years of experienceas a group yoga instructor. Able to leverage diverse styles and techniques for different skill levels. I have taught between 4 and 7 classes weekly at Yoga Harmony consistently for over 8 years, and have taught on and off a 2 other studios in the area, as well as teaching independently of any studio.

I do not have any formal work experience or training in the food service industry, but I did assist briefly with production and packaging of product for a small, local raw foods company. It was small scale, but gave me an idea of what goes into the food production environment and process, as well as packaging and assembly line work.
