I diagnose a Clubs' ailments in both operational and membership numbers to develop a detailed corrective action plan. Present that plan to a focus group or Board of Directors, take into considerations possible pitfalls in achieving pre-determined goals, while being flexible enough to surmise feedback and data for a potential that may cause a re-design of the corrective action plan. I have a great ability to enthusiastically motivate existing staff to buy into the corrective action plan and to advance it forward. I do this all the while being the best Brand Ambassador to increase staff & membership moral as well as increase membership and club utilization within the community. I do not accept failure. A Clubs' profitability comes hand-in-hand with its long term sustainability. As demographics change, so must a Clubs' atmosphere and feel.
