I have an extensive background in sales, marketing, and brand management. For the past three years, I have been working with brands to craft their corporate identity's in the hopes of highlighting their values and ethics. I have been working with Dicronite Southwest as their Business Development Manager and as Eco Refill Systems Social Media Manager to craft a favorable brand image that would be beneficial for marketing their products and services. During this period, I have been able to utilize my education to create marketing campaigns for both companies. The types of marketing strategies that I have used in my professional career have been search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO). While at these positions, I was able to use a variety of marketing channels such as website optimization, creating back channels on social media, content marketing, content writing, paid search, email marketing, and direct in-person marketing.
While I worked at Dicronite Southwest and Eco Refill Systems, I served as a client-facing representative during significant events, trade shows, and business meetings. One of the many goals of my position was to create, filter, and to develop messages on behalf of their brands that would be beneficial for their business. The projects that I have worked on during my tenure have been website development, creating their social media accounts, and creating a customer database so that the management teams and myself could follow up with their customer database. The goals of these projects were to make both companies run more efficiently, create social media capital, and develop strong relationships with their existing and future customers. The outcomes of these projects were that I was able to inform the management teams after analyzing the data from these campaigns so that we could make strategic business calculations from valuable information that was obtained from the marketing data.
During the time that I was the Business Development Manager for Dicronite Southwest, I created a system in which increased its business by 15% for 2018 and 2019. I implemented a variety of strategies for Dicronite Southwest to attain more opportunities in sales, improve their market share, and to run more efficiently as a business. I monitored the sales quote portion of their business, created back channels on social media, and developed a plan to revamp their website.
As the business development consultant, my responsibilities were to craft B2B communications to increase sales. The goal of my consultant services was targeted towards selling, marketing, advertising, and digital media solutions towards expanding Dicronite Southwest business.
As the digital marketing manager, my goal was to build brand recognition online, as well as to increase traffic to the organization's website and social media accounts. I set forward and implemented a publicity and communications strategy by raising brand awareness online, and I increased the website traffic for Eco Refill Systems by 40%. One of my responsibilities was to analyze key data from our internal analytics and present this data to the chief operations officer. The goals of this position were to increase Eco Refill Systems digital footprint in the hopes of increasing sales and brand awareness.
