In accepting this new position within a new department the responsibilities of Bank Alliance Support Manager have been expanded to include all affiliate partnerships - VAR/RSP partners, Financial Institutions, Associations, CPAs, Financial Advisors, POS dealers, etc. I develop and maximize partnerships between affiliates and Heartland sales teams across the US. I create training and promotional programs, coaching both partner executives and all levels of the Heartland sales in best practices for all aspects of business development relationships.
In this newly established position I developed and enhanced partnerships between Financial Institutions (FI) and Heartland sales teams nationwide. I oversaw relationship management and growth of 500 unique FI partnerships nationwide. Financial institutions ranged in size from 1 branch/$150 million in assets to 450 branches/$15 billion in assets. This program produced $130 million in margin.
In this newly created position I directed a multi-state team of Servicing Relationship Managers, all working remotely. This team was responsible for on-site customer training and support, minimizing attrition, and ensuring fulfillment of regional monthly sales goals of $350-500,000 per month.
