I was hired at AT&T.
While working in National Business Ordering (NBO) I have become very familiar with various systems included; Telegence, Phoenix, Clarify, AT&T Premier, Order Tracker and OLAM.
During my time in this position I successfully handled high volumes of inbound calls, processed device orders for upgrades, started new service for CRU, IRU & Consumer customers, processed transfer of billing responsibility and CRU enrollments and account consolidations while efficiently navigating through numerous web applications.
I also have had the opportunity to provide assistance to the NBO Enrollments Team, MDS, One Off, Rep Assist Queue, BRE, Boeing, and Mentor Reps thru side by sides within the BAU queue.
Within this position I have become very familiar with AT&T's ever changing policies.
I was recognized in 2010 for Employee of the year by our Area Manager Jason Iwasko for being the top performer within our call center.
In October 2010, I was promoted to the Contract Implementation Team.
