I was a Co-Owner for 10 years of Full Service Electrical Contracting Company. I developed, implemented and maintained business systems, trained employees, vendors and customers on new industry ideas. We started from scratch and built the Business to 12m in annual revenues. We performed work in five states. Innovation, Discipline and out of the box thinking all contributed to this success.

* On a new construction Jail, Courthouse, City Office Building, all in one, Project with State of the Art systems, the demanding AHJ approval, installation and commissioning was achieved under budget, ahead of schedule and I received a warm heart felt "Thank You and a gift package from the Owner.
* Value Engineered systems in a State of the Art High School in Twin Falls.to hit the owners Proposed budget, allowed the Project to start construction, completing the owners original deadline.

Working for the first time with the The General Contractor, Arrington Construction, my attention to detail, fulfilling all vendor data requirements, INL requirements and job site requirements as well as having as I was told, "the smallest punchlist in Arringtons INL history"
Contracted with Electrical Business Owners to teach, train, hire and retain employees, develop business startup and long term systems, consult on business start up and operations. Also Project Manager for all systems work.
Performed all Project Management duties on all Low Voltage work . Responsible to review specification, obtain quotes, estimate, installation, commissioning and long term monitoring and maintenance. (Fire Alarm, Notification, Data, Security Systems, Wander Management, InterComs, Access Controls.) As Business Owner I was responsible for all Company Financial Operations and Office to Field Communications and Safety Program. This encompassed hiring to bonding to OSHA logs, to Taxes, reports, trending, banking, contract review and implementation, Change Orders, RFI's, Licensing, Disciplinary action, team building, Capital Purchases, Asset Tracking.
During my 15 years at the INL I worked for EG&G, Lockheed-Martin and Bechtel. I had several positions and many accomplishments. Always enhanced my career and each position I took was a position that challenged me even more.
