I'm a very determined individual, who does not shy away from hard work. I thrive on demanding situations, and feel I am an person who can quickly adapt to new situations. I enjoy meeting new people and find people react well to me. I have travelled extensively so believe this allows me to relate to people from all walks of life.
I am a bubbly person, and like to be in environments that allow me to interact with other individuals. I have for a large proportion of my professional career worked independently, so I work well using my own initiative, however I also enjoy working within the dynamic of a team, and strongly believe that although proportions of the day have not been working in close proximity of a team, it is still present in the broader sense and important that all key components of the team work well as a team as well as on a individual bases.
You will see from my employment history, that I can deal with highly stressful situations, and maintain empathy and professionalism in all that I do.
I feel I would be an asset to your business, in terms of productivity, responsibility and reliability.

I worked with both the wife initially, who suffered with cancer and chronic back pain. Due to my capabilities and due care and diligence the family then employed me to work with the husband Jim whom suffered Parkinson's and diabetes.I worked with this particular family for quite some time. The role was demanding and rewarding. This role included being the primary care giver, ensuring medication was taken and there medical conditions were supervised. Conducting there physical exercises and liaising with there medical teams to ensure correct prognosis. I also maintained the house and lived in the property with my clients five nights a week. I left the role when Jim Connelly passed away in Feb 2010.

With this client I conducted the day to day running of her home, and ensured her comfort and monitored her dayto day needs, I conducted general house hold duties and ensured Mary had her daily needs meet. I escorted her to her medical appointments, and ensured medication was dispensed appropriately.
I worked with this client for a long period of time, and this was my first position in America, this client suffered with Althizemers disease. And my role changed naturally over the duration of time. However I carried out much of the duties you would expect from a nurses aid, with the addition of helping this client try to keep as much normality as physically possible, therefore I frequently escorted him to his offices, and aided him with his daily living, as his symptoms progressed so did the level of care required. I supervised his medication and ensured the client felt comfortable with me and earned his trust. I toughly enjoyed this role and only left this position when my client passed away. I also ran his house hold for him, duties included making his meals, cleaning and arranging his appointments.
