BCaBA since 2008 with experience working with adults and children with a wide range of disabilities and functional levels in residential, day program and community settings. Accustomed to working independently as well as part of a treatment team; possessing strong time management and problem solving skills.
Currently completing Master's Program in Applied Behavior Analysis. Will be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam in January, 2014.
Previous history working with individuals with traumatic brain and spinal cord injury, including behavior support, case management and social work.
Previous history teaching preschool, including developing and implementing weekly lesson plans.
Started as general support staff and completed BCaBA certification. Completed functional assessments, developed and implemented intervention programs, trained staff and family to implement programs and record behaviors, completed data collection, analysis and graphing.
Program is focused on the use of ABA in a educational setting, particularly with young learners.
Coursework in social work as part of the sociology degree program.
