  • Family Law: I have completed two multi-day trials, including high asset prenuptial agreement litigation with a choice of law provision, domestic violence, child sex assault, child custody (including UCCJEA), and child support litigation.   • Consumer Debt Relief: I contract as local counsel in remotely overseeing consumer debt relief programs. This position is high volume and includes managing the progression of the programs, regularly communicating directly with clients, and communicating with the firm's litigation process with regard to any litigated accounts.
