Carl is currently a leader in a higher education practice at a systems integration consulting firm focusing on a variety of business development activities. His focus is broad but includes channels and alliances responsibilities with specific software vendors to facilitate collaboration in areas such as software development, design, and go-to-market-strategies. Carl's responsibilities include marketing, brand awareness, lead generation, deal qualification, and sales pipeline management. He also supports multiple higher education projects in an account management and executive sponsor capacity.
Prior to focusing on business development activities, Carl's career focused on project and program management. He is a proven articulate and self-directed project leader who operates efficiently and creatively in fast-paced environments and has extensive project management and functional/technical software knowledge which he has acquired through 25 years of Financials, HCM, and Student Administration information systems experience. Most of his experience has been in the area of ERP systems design and implementation, encompassing both custom and vendor supplied software. His PeopleSoft work includes planning and managing ERP, HCM, and Student Administration implementations and upgrades, including project leadership and project oversight. Carl has managed large programs to key milestones and delivered exemplary customer service.
