• Create and analyze surveys to help segment Continuum's consumer base and formalize buyer personas • Conduct and leverage partner interviews at Continuum's first user conference in 2014
• Design competitive battlecards which lead to the creation of a “Competitor Watch” program that facilitates
continuous learning of the competitive landscape of the IT industry and Continuum's direct competitors
