Reporting to the Area Director and CFO of HSPHD, provide leadership of the Contract Management Services area.
Responsible for the procurement, management, and evaluation of service contracts and agreements, and oversight of centralized processes for authorization of services, and the allocation of waiver financial resources on behalf of clients.
Provide leadership and direction for the departments' centralized business services and solutions.
Direct the development, measurement, evaluation, reporting, and compliance activities for contracting, service authorized, and waiver financial contracted providers.
