Description of the project

COPS – Content Operations: The Capital Group Companies provide global investment management services to more than 23 million institutional and retail customers worldwide. In order to increase marketing capabilities with the different clients and vendors, Content Operations team is formed. The Content Operations leverages CG platform to deliver dynamic digital user experiences through proactive consulting and thoughtful implementation.​

Role and Key Deliverable:

  • Review digital content (content, images, videos etc.) authored on AEM platform to validate if it's meeting business objectives and corporate standards,
  • Confirm the CGC Digital Style guide adherence and Meta data descriptions,
  • Coordinate the Copy-editing, Proof writing, Language and format validation for various content change requests,
