I maintain and care for customer's accounts. I answer customer service calls and resolve issues for the customer. This requires a positive attitude and critical thinking skills that I attribute to my time as an Air Force Fire Fighter.
I sold new and used car parts and accessories. A huge part of my job was to build relationships with customers in the communities surrounding the Springfield and Joplin area. This required me to become proficient in people skills and customer service.
I was a Crew Chief at Whiteman Air Force Base Fire Department. I had been in the Air Force for the six years and have earned certifications in Fire Fighter I & II, Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), Airfield Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF), ARFF Driver/Operator, Pumper Driver/Operator, Mobile Water Supply Driver/Operator, Telecommunicator I & II, Hazmat Technician, Instructor I, and Fire Officer I. Thanks to the time I have served, the mentors that I have had, and my current training, I have learned to be a proficient leader and follower. I was discharged as a Non-Commissioned Officer at the rank of Staff Sergeant and handled responsibilities as a supervisor and a mentor. I have been trained by and have trained some of the best Fire Protection Airman that I know.
