09/2002 to Current 911 Communications Supervisor Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Communications | City, STATE, Supervised shifts of dispatchers for 12 hours a day. Dispatched for 5 different Law enforcement agencies, 6 Fire Departments and the County EMS units. Answered emergency and non emergency lines. Worked with computer aided dispatch (CAD), Microsoft word, excel, power point, publisher, etc... Worked with NCIC (national crime information center) computer.
