With an Auditor Termination Letter, you are ensuring an employee understands they are being let go, why they are being let go and what actions need to be performed, if any. These letters are very important. Dismissals can be volatile situations and it’s imperative an employer take all the appropriate steps to protect themselves. An Auditor Termination Letter not only resolves an unpleasant matter, it ensures the company has made sure the former employee knows why.

Dear Mr. Bonnano:
As discussed, this termination letter is to finalize what we discussed this morning. As of April 12, 2015, Amble will no longer require your services as an Auditor. We cannot stress enough this is not an assessment of your work, which has always been exemplary.
As you are aware, Amble is planning to restructure all its financial departments. Outside of the world headquarters, all of our existing accounting departments will be eliminated, with services in that regard being outsourced to a third party agency that is prepared to consolidate all our needs in a single source. This has become critical to the company’s expansion goals and projections.
For the record, we have submitted a glowing recommendation on your behalf to the incoming auditing service. In the meantime, we ask that you sign the included agreement and return it to Human Resources. At that time, we will issue your severance check.
If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Regis in HR, ext. 4200.
Regards,
Peter Harvey
