Weapons professional offering a comprehensive background supporting U.S. military operations in roles of increasing responsibility during a 7 year career in the Air Force. I am currently a Weapons Load Crew Team Chief in the Duluth Air National Guard. Being extensively trained in weapons loading, weapons system maintenance and troubleshooting. Desiring a challenging position where I can continue working on aircraft and utilize the skills and training I have acquired during my Air Force career. I am also an effective communicator who quickly masters new roles and technologies to achieve positive results.
After completing Air Force Basic and Technical School training in March 2006, was stationed at Cannon AFB on a load crew at the #2 position. In January 2008 I was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal for superior performance before I was transferred to Nellis AFB. After getting assigned to a Load Crew at the #3 position, was selected to work at the Weapons Standardization Section as a member of the Squadron Lead Crew in October 2008. I worked there until I completed my active duty enlistment in March 2010. Subsequently, joined the Air National Guard and have been pursuing a history degree at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire in between deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. I am currently assigned to the 148th Fighter Wing in Duluth MN as a traditional guardsmen.
