(25 employees), including hiring and training, while maintianing corporate sales and profit goals. Simultaneously responsible for 6 additional store units (150 employees) within my community, to help store leadership ensure they are following and are adhering to company intiatives and maintaining store conditions that will result in meeting of overall sales and profit goals

Responsible for total Grocery operations, including ordering, inventory, shrink control and ensuring company programs and initiatives are being followed and goals are being met.
