Professional Summary
Dear Sir, Madam, This letter is addressed and sent in response to current cabin crew opportunities available with Emirates following my initial application (#1002312066). My enthusiasm to work within the airline industry has been one that has been present since a young age, and has been further supported and enhanced throughout my ongoing tertiary education specialising in International Business and International Relations. In graduating with a Dual Degree from the University of Queensland, a position with the Emirates cabin crew team is one that I believe I can add great value to and furthermore, provide a opportune environment for professional development and career progression. In addition to my educational achievements, I believe my experience within the hospitality and customer service industry will be an asset to Emirates and the cabin crew team. As outlined within my resume enclosed, I have been employed in hospitality and customer service roles in Australia, New Zealand and Japan, all of which have taught me the value of providing positive, individualised service to all customers whilst maintaining cultural sensitivity. During my employment in this sector I have also learnt the importance of (SOEMTHING) as the foremost point of contact customers have with the company. Most significantly, not only as a result of my experience within the hospitality industry but also due to my personal passions and studies, I am driven by a desire to bring utility and pleasure to others through relating and responding to their needs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being is always promoted. I believe this combination of my personal passions and past experience will help me make a positive impact on the future success of Emirates. On a personal level, I believe my adaptability and confidence in unfamiliar situations will prove beneficial in promptly addressing customer needs and enquiries. My ability to successfully communicate and be patient in doing so, a skill I have obtained from growing up as an expatriate, helps me effectively and efficiently address and resolve any complex issues that may arise with both customers and colleagues. The reputation that Emirates and affiliated cabin crew have is something of great admiration and gives great excitement at the possibility of becoming a member of this team. Thank you for you time in reviewing my application and with great anticipation look forward to hearing from you soon.
