I was first hired on to call Verizon outbound upsell after a week of calling upsell I was invited to join the Verizon FiOS outbound training class. It was then suggested that I should join the Verizon Inbound training. Currently I am a Verizon Inbound CSSC rep in billing. I assist customers in understanding their bills and solve any issues in incorrect billing. After reviewing customers accounts I also recommend products and services that they would currently or in the future benefit from.
Operated overhead crane to load large spools of paper on the machine, fed the paper into the blade. Once machine was running constant adjusting of the cutter, spool speeds and tension was maintained to align all 8 sheets to be cut at the same location. While sheets were being cut they had to be loaded onto a pallet with minimal bumps and air pockets. After spools were run through they had to be removed from the machine and then the machine was thoroughly cleaned. Other jobs around the factory were done as needed.
