  • Developed and updated policies and procedures for VA medical facility anticoagulation program to meet requirements VHA directives and maintain compliance with Joint Commission Safety Goals.
  • Compile and review quality assurance data on medical facility's anticoagulation program.
  • Present QA data to Pharmacy Service QA Committee quarterly and the medical center's P&T committee biannually.
